Return Process

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in new, unused condition.

  Ship to Fairtex

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to begin the transit process.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your returned gear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
